If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong item/ type/ shade/ etc) you may return it within seven(7) calendar days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
- Returned item must be in its original condition along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note or bank statement).
- Seven(7) calendar days are counted from the date you receive the merchandise.
- All sealed items must not be opened.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable (if any).
- Prior to any return, please contact us first for return address and return procedure.
- We reserve the rights for final decision making.
